Who is this consultation for?

This session is designed for L&D professionals at the early to mid-stage of their careers, as well as business owners or team leads who need support developing learning strategies or want quick, practical guidance on a specific L&D challenge. If you're currently leading a large L&D department in a Director, VP, or CLO-level role, this call may not be the right fit for your needs.

How is this different from your L&D Interview Prep service?

The L&D Interview Prep is for those preparing to get into the role. The Consultation Call is for those already in the role or dealing with a specific workplace situation that requires deeper guidance and decision-making support.

My topic is quite specific—how do I know if you can help?

If your challenge is very niche or technical, it's best to first send me a quick email describing what you need help with. I’ll let you know honestly if it's within my area of expertise. If not, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone else who can support you or share a resource that’s better suited. I’ll never take a call unless I believe I can genuinely help.

Can I book this if I’m trying to transition into L&D?

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations are generally not allowed, except under exceptional circumstances. However, rescheduling is possible. To reschedule your session, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time based on mutual availability.
