Who is this call  for?

This session is for Learning & Development professionals who have an interview coming up — whether you’re applying for a Coordinator, Officer, Specialist, or Manager role. It’s also great if you're transitioning into L&D and want to confidently position your non-HR experience.

What exactly will we cover during the call?

We’ll focus on the specific role you’re interviewing for. That means we’ll go through tailored questions, practice your answers out loud and refine how you talk about your experience. If the interview includes a practical task (like designing a training outline), we’ll walk through how to approach that too.

Will I get feedback on my answers?

Yes. You’ll get real-time, constructive feedback to help you sound clearer, more confident, and more aligned with what the hiring team is looking for.

Will I get a recording of the call?

Yes, the recording will be shared with you within 24 hours

How do I book a call ?

Head over to the booking page and complete the payment. Once that’s done, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation letter with link to my calendar where you can book your 60-minute call at a time that works best for you.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations are generally not allowed, except under exceptional circumstances. However, rescheduling is possible. To reschedule your session, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time based on mutual availability.

What if I have questions after the session?

That’s totally normal! You’ll have 48-hour chat support after the session — just in case you realize you forgot to ask something or need a quick follow-up.
